Did you know that decanting is a good idea when you have a (generally) older wine that may have a small amount of natural sediment. It’s perfectly natural, but best separated from the wine before consuming.

G'Day fellow tweeters.  Next week Thursday September 1st is the second annual world #CabernetDay and as such Peter Lehmann will be tweeting with our fellow friends and fans from @plwines.
